- Master+1 year experience
- Bachelor + 2 years’ experience
- At least 4 years’ experience

- Exam time: 3 hours and 15 minutes.
- Exam length: 145 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25   pretest questions
- Language: English

Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi™)

- Master+4 year experience
- Bachelor + 5 years’ experience
- At least 7 years’ experience

- Exam time: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Exam length: 105 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions
- Language: English
